Exchanges, yes....However must be of same value and you are responsible for return shipping to me and the shipping of the new item. Item must return to me in same condition as it was when it was shipped (with the exception of shipping damages that must be reported upon arrival)

You will get quality , craftsmanship and excellent customer service. I have been in the pack and ship business for 21 years before this venture. If your package arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible so that I redo your work for you if you need it soon. I will make sure that it is right before it leaves our doors.
